The Newmarket Residence in North Vancouver, BC features a custom RAICO THERM+ A-I aluminum curtain wall, designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed by Blackcomb Facade Technology. The THERM+ A-I system delivers high thermal performance and slim sightlines, giving the architect the freedom to maximize glazing while meeting BC's demanding energy and comfort standards. From shop drawings through to final installation, the entire façade was handled in-house by our North Vancouver–area team — a complete curtain wall solution delivered for this West Coast residence.
